Personal Pepperoni Pizza

1 whole wheat tortilla
2 Tbsp
reduced-fat mozzarella
2 Tbsp shredded parmesan or
parmesan/romano blend
10 slices Hormel® Turkey pepperoni

Tbsp Pizza sauce
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1/8 cup sliced onions
¼ cup sliced bell peppers
¼ tsp Italian herbs
1. Preheat oven to 425°
2. Place tortilla on baking sheet lined
with parchment paper.
3. Brush pizza sauce over surface of
tortilla.
4. Sprinkle cheeses on the pizza sauce
5. Top with pepperoni, followed by
mushrooms, onions and bell peppers.
Sprinkle with Italian herbs.
6. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges
are crispy.
7. Enjoy!
